Discover Humanity's Fight With Viruses in "Storming of Virus & Human"

Diseases like smallpox, influenza, rabies and AIDS have inflicted widespread suffering and claimed numerous lives throughout history. In an era of evolving global health challenges, it remains crucial to constantly enhance our knowledge of viruses.

Here is an interesting analogy about virus-vaccine mechanism: In the ancient Greek myth of Medusa, her gaze had the power to turn onlookers into stone. Perseus, armed with Athena's mirrored aegis, had to defeat Medusa without falling victim to her gaze. Similarly, vaccines utilize the antigens of viruses to prepare our immune system for the battle against viruses, much like how Perseus used the reflective aegis to conquer Medusa. This parallel is explored in the recently published book "Storming of Virus & Human," which recounts the epic journey of humanity in the fight against viruses.

In reality, the struggle of humanity against viruses has been a subject of scientific exploration throughout history. The extraordinary power of science and technology and the unwavering dedication of scientists in the pursuit of truth have been instrumental in safeguarding human life health and propelling our progress to where we stand today.
