The mystery of a beast inhabiting the center of our Milky Way galaxy is about to be unveiled？

 

We are closer to it.

 

For the first time ever, scientists have captured the image of the supermassive black hole in the center of our Milky Way galaxy, called Sagittarius A*, or Sgr A*. 

 

It was obtained by an international research team using the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT), a global network of observatories working collectively to observe radio sources associated with black holes. Congratulations!
